Corporate Training your people will actually remember

We design and deliver training programmes for mid-size UK companies. Not off-the-shelf slide decks: sessions built around your team's real problems, delivered by people who have managed teams themselves.

Training programmes

Each programme is adapted to your sector, team size and seniority level. Here are the areas we cover most often.

Facilitator leading a leadership development session

Leadership for new managers

Most first-time managers get promoted for being good at their old job, not for knowing how to lead. This programme covers delegation, difficult conversations, performance feedback and the shift from "doing" to "enabling." We run it in cohorts of 8 to 12 so everyone gets practice time, not just theory.

Colleagues analysing data during a strategy workshop

Cross-functional collaboration

Silos form fast. When marketing and product stop talking, or when ops and finance solve the same problem twice, the cost is invisible but constant. This workshop maps real handoff points in your organisation and builds protocols your teams will actually follow because they designed them.

Presenter delivering a communication skills training

Presentation and influence

Half the battle in any organisation is getting your idea heard. We teach structured messaging, audience analysis and confident delivery. Each participant presents four times during the programme and receives video-based feedback from our coaches and peers.

2 days + video review
Team working through a change management simulation

Change readiness

Restructures, system migrations, mergers: change fails when people feel it is being done to them. Our change readiness programme gives middle managers a toolkit for communicating change honestly, handling resistance without dismissing it, and tracking adoption in their own teams week by week.

4 half-day modules
Role-play exercise during a conflict resolution training session

Conflict resolution for teams

Unresolved friction between team members drains productivity quietly. This programme teaches practical de-escalation, interest-based negotiation and how to set working agreements that prevent repeat conflicts. We use live role-play scenarios drawn from your own workplace situations.

How we build your programme

1

Discovery call

A 30-minute conversation with one of our programme designers. We ask about your team size, the problem you are trying to solve, any previous training that did or did not work, and what success looks like for you. No pitch deck, no sales pressure.

2

Diagnostic interviews

We speak to five or six people across your team, usually a mix of managers and individual contributors. These 20-minute calls surface the real friction points that rarely appear in a brief from HR.

3

Programme design

We write a detailed session plan, share it with you, and revise it until it matches your context. You see the exercises, the discussion prompts, the timing. Nothing is generic.

4

Delivery

Sessions happen at your offices or at a venue we arrange. Group sizes stay between 8 and 16 so every participant speaks, practises and gets direct feedback from our facilitators.

5

Follow-through

Six weeks after delivery we run a 90-minute check-in with participants. What stuck? What didn't? We share a written impact report with you and recommend next steps if there are gaps to close.

Common questions

Three to four weeks is typical. If you need something faster, we can often accommodate two weeks' notice for our standard programmes. Fully bespoke designs take longer because of the diagnostic stage.
Yes. We work across the UK and have delivered programmes in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. For teams spread across multiple locations, we offer a hybrid format: one in-person anchor day plus virtual follow-up sessions.
A single-day workshop for up to 16 participants starts at £2,800 plus VAT. Multi-day programmes and ongoing coaching retainers are priced per engagement after the discovery call, because scope varies widely. We always share a fixed quote before any commitment.
Absolutely. After the discovery call we send a one-page outline of the proposed programme at no charge. If you proceed, the full session plan with exercises and facilitator notes is shared for your review and sign-off before delivery day.
Our team of seven facilitators have backgrounds in operations management, organisational psychology and L&D leadership. Everyone has at least eight years of experience managing people in commercial settings before joining us. We do not use subcontractors.
